On Wednesday 12th August we will be running an Aquafit class from 7-7.45pm.
This session will be primarily for Juggernaut swimmers although, if there is space, Development swimmers can stay and join in.
Juggernaut swimmers who don't wish to take part can train from 7.45-9pm.
